Group contexts provide unique opportunities for shared learning, relationships, and experiences.
Working as a group embeds a higher level of accountability. You become responsible to all and for all. Learning becomes interdependent.
The context expands cultural ways of being, especially for students of African /African American descent. If young people of European descent are included, they are exposed to other cultural norms and ways of being that expand their worldview.

The benefit of life coaching with Theresa is definitely having a roadmap to get where you want to be and becoming organized.
Accomplishing small goals feels good, and being able to have someone to talk to—
